A batch of pneumatic diaphragm control valves has recently completed factory testing and has been dispatched to Indonesia. These valves will be used in production environments with stringent hygiene requirements, such as the food, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries, delivering a high‑purity, contamination‑free fluid control solution.

The pneumatic diaphragm control valves supplied feature a unique diaphragm‑sealed design. During operation, the process media only come into contact with the PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) lining and the diaphragm itself — never touching the metal body, packing, or external environment. This design effectively eliminates risks such as metal ion release, cross‑contamination, and particle ingress. It is particularly suitable for:
·Hygienic processes highly sensitive to bacteria or chemical residues;
·High‑purity applications (e.g., ultrapure chemicals, water for injection, biologics) where even trace impurities are unacceptable;
·Clean piping systems requiring frequent cleaning and sterilization (CIP/SIP).
PTFE, the core lining material in these diaphragm valves, offers excellent chemical stability, wide temperature tolerance, and an extremely low coefficient of friction. Media do not easily adhere or build up, simplifying cleaning validation. Moreover, PTFE withstands long‑term exposure to a broad range of acids, alkalis, and organic solvents, significantly extending valve service life in demanding sanitary environments.

Indonesia has been upgrading its production capacity in food processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and fine chemicals, driving growing demand for valves that meet international hygienic standards (e.g., GMP, FDA). Our diaphragm valves not only satisfy cleanliness requirements but can also be equipped with pneumatic actuators for remote automatic regulation and on‑off control. This helps customers simplify process control, reduce contamination risks, and enhance production consistency.
This batch shipment once again demonstrates our strength in R&D and manufacturing of diaphragm valves. Moving forward, we will continue to focus on three core pillars – leak‑proof operation, high purity, and easy maintenance – while developing specialized valve solutions for the biopharmaceutical, food & beverage, electronics chemicals, and new energy industries, safeguarding the value chain of our global customers.
