he HGR Series Electric Actuator provides robust and reliable automation for valves in industrial process control, HVAC, and water treatment applications. Shell:The shell is made of hard aluminum alloy, treated with anodizing and uncoated with polyester powder, with strong corrosion resistance and protection levels of IP67, NEMA4 and 6, and IP68 type available for selection
Electric Machinery:Fully enclosed squirrel cage motor, small size, high torque, low inertia force, insulation level of F, built-in thermal protection switch, can prevent damage to the motor.
Manual Structure of Hand Structure:The design of the handle ensures safety, reliability, labor-saving, and small size. When not powered, the handle can be manually operated by pulling it. When not in use, the wrench is placed in the wrench clamp for easy use.
Indicator:The indicator is installed on the central axis and can observe the position of the valve. The lens adopts a protruding mirror design, which does not accumulate water and makes observation more convenient.
Space Heater:Used to control temperature, prevent moisture condensation inside the actuator due to temperature and weather changes, and keep the internal electrical components dry
Sealing:Good sealing performance, standard product protection level is IP67, and optional IP68 protection level.
